Option 4: Full Cleanout
The most comprehensive option. Here's how it works in practice. When you book a cleanout with disposal, we discuss the scale of the job. Based on your location and the volume involved, we quote you a price that includes coordinating the disposal bin. We arrange for the bin to arrive on the day of your cleanout. Our team fills it during the job. The disposal company removes the bin once we're done.
The disposal partner varies depending on your city and the size of bin needed. We work with several reliable companies across York Region. If you'd prefer to handle the bin yourself — maybe you have a company you already use, or you want to compare quotes — that's fine. We'll work around whatever bin you arrange and focus on the labour side.
This is intentionally flexible. Some clients want one company handling everything. Others want to be involved in the disposal decision. Either approach works.

When to Book a Garage Cleanout
Most homeowners book garage cleanouts in two main windows:
