Are Mayfair gift cards digital or physical?
Our gift cards are delivered digitally by email — instantly or on a date you choose. The recipient receives a beautifully designed card with your personal message and the gift card code.
Does the recipient have to live in Aurora or Newmarket to use a Mayfair gift card?
The recipient needs to be located within our service area to redeem the card for cleaning services. We currently serve Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Bradford, Markham, Richmond Hill, Keswick, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, and surrounding York Region communities. If you're not sure your recipient's address is covered, contact us before purchasing.
Can a gift card be used across multiple cleanings?
Yes. Gift card balances can be used across as many bookings as needed until the full balance is exhausted. Any leftover balance stays on the card for future use.
What happens if the cleaning service costs more than the gift card balance?
The recipient is responsible for the difference, including any applicable HST on the amount above the gift card balance. We'll always provide an upfront quote so there are no surprises.
Do Mayfair gift cards expire?
No. Mayfair gift cards never expire and remain valid until the full balance has been used.
Is HST included in the price I pay?
Yes. The amount you pay at purchase includes HST. When your recipient redeems the card, no additional tax will be charged on services up to the card's face value. A $160 gift card covers a $160 service in full — tax and all.
Can I get a refund or exchange my gift card?
Mayfair gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase. They also cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can the recipient combine a gift card with the 10% off first-clean promo?
Gift cards cannot be combined with our first-clean 10% off promotional discount or other limited-time offers, unless specifically stated.
